Recipe: Trout cake with wakame seaweed

120g of wheat flour
30g of buckwheat flour
5 dried wakame seaweed
1 teaspoon of sea parsley
50g of smoked trout
10cl of milk
5cl of neutral oil
10g of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt

Soak the dried wakame seaweed in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes.
Drain them and put them on the paper towel.
Preheat the oven at 180°C or th.6
Cut the smoked trout into small pieces.
Put the wheat flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Dig a well in the center and then add 3 eggs, milk, sea parsley and neutral oil.
Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Add the pieces of smoked trout and stir.
Butter a cake pan.
Pour a layer of dough into the pan and place a rehydrated Wakame seaweed over it.
Cover with a little dough and drop a seaweed again.
Repeat the process until you fill the pan.
Put the cake in the preheated oven and let it cook for about 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
